ESTINDO BUSINESS CENTRE is a south-facing office building situated in the commercial and business area of Limassol.  Our main challenge was to accommodate and incorporate all the available Building Factor as allowed by the planning zone, but also increase it as permitted by the available planning incentives, all within a plot size area of only 265m2, without exceeding the maximum floor height permitted and with only three sides of the building allowing natural lighting and ventilation.  In addition to all of the above, we also had to incorporate and provide a minimum number of parking spaces underneath the building.
