DUNE MANSIONS

DUNE MANSIONS is a compact private three-storey Residential Building comprised of only six two-bedroom apartments.  The building is crowned by two penthouses, each with private access to a private roof terrace.  The natural landscape of the site is characterized by a gentle flow that reaches the Mediterranean.  Within this sublime frame, we propose a building identity with a bold design.  Its dynamic antithesis (white with brown, light with shadows, sharp facades with soft landscaping) make it stand out from its environment.  The internal structure of the building emerges from the outer shell and together they form the different elevations.  The external shell envelopes the perimeter of the building harmoniously and with horizontal movements creates semi-alfresco areas with panoramic views of the city and the sea.
