D_P COTTAGE HOUSE

D_P COTTAGE HOUSE is a rural family retreat with three bedrooms and a total covered area of 162m2  in the picturesque village of Kellaki in the Limassol District.  The main concept behind the design was to create a clean form in which all the internal and external covered living areas could be incorporated without the need to create unnecessary additionally forms or protrusions.  By taking into careful consideration the location of the Project, the whole form was covered with a contemporary pitched roof and in combination with the materials used externally, we succeeded in creating a harmonious unity of modern and traditional elements and styles.
