When you share similar dreams and visions with your clients, even a palazzo from the Tuscany landscape can be the inspiration for a luxurious home, with an overall covered area of 560m2.  The villa was designed to create four main internal areas, all with views to the south and the fully grown and landscaped gardens and swimming pool area.  These are a formal guest entertainment area and adjacent to the double garage area the family room area with country style kitchen.  Both main areas interconnect with the main entrance lobby, central staircase, and elevator.  The first floor accommodates all the private family bedroom areas with ensuite bathrooms and then finally a large loft area to create an office space and maids’ quarters.  The use of local materials such as stone, roof tiles, timber and terracotta style tiles all create the luxurious but also cosy and homely ambience that our clients desired from the very beginning of our collaboration.
