This Project sits on a hillside location in the village of Moni, with a plot area of 2817m2, in an rural, natural environment.  FK RESIDENCE is a three-bedroom villa with a total of 300m2 covered areas.  It has been positioned at the highest point of the plot to take advantage of the surrounding views of the landscape.  It has an L-shape layout which evolves from the Client’s need to separate the private areas of the house with the more ‘public’ communal for entertaining etc.  The use of simplistic lines and curves and natural materials (such as stone, wood and exposed concrete) will add to the buildings longevity of design and integrate it with it’s immediate environment.
