ASTYMAP

ASTYMAP is a three-storey office building with a basement in Limassol that explores the interplay of solid and void through a dynamic composition of overlapping volumes. Clean lines, deep cantilevers, and extensive glazing create a strong architectural identity while allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the interior spaces. Integrated greenery softens the geometric form and enhances the connection between architecture and its urban context. The project balances privacy and openness, combining refined materiality with a timeless, modern expression.
