This contemporary luxury villa with a covered area of approximately 340m2 was designed and built in a large suburban plot of approximately 950m2.  It is located in one of the most exclusive and sought-after residential areas of Limassol, designed for one of our long term developer collaborators, for a specific clientele.  The concept was to create a contemporary villa design, influenced by the masters of Modernism, with concentrated and particular views to the city and sea, but with the main family areas opening onto the internal garden and swimming pool patio.  An enclosed double garage and high railings create the sense of privacy and security befitting such a property.
