AA RESIDENCE

A modern and contemporary family home of 260m2, designed and accommodated within the restrictive parameters of a plot size of about 420m2.  The rectangular shape of the plot meant that we had to create functional and spacious areas but avoid long and dark corridors and provide a double-parking bay at the main entrance.  With the use of contemporary materials and light colours for the main surfaces and large glass openings wherever possible, we managed to create a spacious, comfortable, and ergonomically designed city home for a young professional family.
