SAINT ANDREAS BOUTIQUE HOTEL & RESIDENCES

Saint Andreas Hotel & Private Residences are located in the epicentre of the city on the historical and picturesque Agiou Andreou Street of Limassol.  It complements and reflects the rich architecture of the Architectural Heritage District with its urban vernacular aesthetics, earthy colours, tall and narrow openings all with a contemporary touch.  Our challenges as designers were numerous, mainly the restrictive shape of the plot, three sides of which are enclosed by other properties. 
The Internal Courtyard & Botanical Garden creates life within the enclosed area of the urban plot. The front Arcade Cafe area provides a pedestrianised street seating area reminiscent of the French Riviera.    Overall, a development with a gross floor area of approximately 2.500m2 within an urban plot area of only 664m2.
