DUNE RESIDENCES

DUNE RESIDENCES is part of a continuing collaboration with a long-term Client that consists of four two-storey villas, in a plot of 1387m2 in the Agios Athanasios area of Limassol.  Each villa includes four bedrooms on the first floor and all the main living areas on the ground floor, positioned within the complex with orientation and views towards the nearby hillside views on the horizon.  The simple and ‘clean’ forms that create covered areas in combination with large openings and the use of cladding on certain sections make this a contemporary and modern development that can compete against other developments in the area in comparison to the size and spaciousness it has to offer.
