PSILOS RESIDENCES is located in the upcoming and expanding area of Kato Polemidia in Limassol, in close vicinity to the recent large-scale developments such as the Mall and new Casino.  It is situated in a plot area of 754m2  and houses a total of 10No apartments consisting of one and two bedrooms.  The unique shape of the plot influenced us in creating a building which gives the impression of a single form from the rear elevation but opens out into two forms on the front façade towards the street and main entrance.  The V-shape that was created invites the residents into its central core.  The vertical metal elements and hanging planters on the front elevation contribute to the achievement of utmost privacy for the covered terraces of the apartments.  The uniform white colour of the main building and metallic elements maintain the two main forms at the front façade as clean shapes therefore emphasizing the entrance experience even further.
